DailyGoodsHub offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. DailyGoodsHub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number.

We will review the shipment status and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

An order will only be considered lost after confirmation from the shipping carrier or upon completion of their investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of both the package and the damaged item(s).

We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
